As a convenience to you, Viper Communications, Inc. has contracted with PayPal so that you may have the option to make online payments. All arrangements to engage this shall be between you and PayPal. No financial data provided to PayPal shall be provided or used by Viper Communications, Inc.
Clicking on the Pay Now button means you agree to accept all of the following terms and conditions.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
In order to use PayPal and make an undisputed payment to Viper Communications,
Inc., you must agree to a $25.00 Convenience Fee. This fee is charged
in order to provide this service to you. This additional fee will be added
to the amount you are paying as "Shipping and handling". The first $25.00
of the transaction will be credited towards the Convenience Fee, then
the remainder towards your account. (e.g.) To make a payment of $500.00
to your account the total amount of the transaction will be $525.00. Any
errors or discrepancies in the information submitted to PayPal, are your
responsibility.
Viper Communications, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise for any special direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which is suffered, sustained or incurred arising directly or indirectly from or out or relating to payments by credit card online to PayPal.
Your use of PayPal shall serve to affirm your release of Viper Communications, Inc. Viper Communications, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the use of PayPal or any other transaction service at any time and without prior warning.
